In this method of security you have to gave your mobile number to Facebook if someone else want to login to your Facebook account then Facebook will send to you a code in sms to your mobile if that’s are you to login to your account then you have to login but if that’s are someone else then without code impossible to login and also you have understand that someone trying to login to your account.
